Charles Van Loucks is a dedicated helping professional with a strong passion for supporting individuals in recovery and personal growth. As a person in long-term recovery with over 11 years of sobriety, his lived experience serves as a meaningful foundation for his work as a Certified Peer and Family Specialist, where he has spent the past seven years guiding and supporting individuals and families through challenging life experiences.

He has gained experience in inpatient and mental health treatment settings, including work with CeDAR and AMFM Healthcare, and has contributed to the recovery community through innovation, app development, and hosting a podcast focused on recovery and resilience. Currently, Charles is pursuing his master’s degree and LPC licensure to become a clinical therapist.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Charles is a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys competing in billiards at a semi-professional level and snowboarding when time allows. He values balance, family, and the opportunity to turn his passion into meaningful work.
