Cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

You may pay for your counseling appointment with a health savings or flexible spending account.

If you do not show up for your scheduled counseling appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment. Emergencies will be considered.

​If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. For this option, your insurance must cover out-of-network provider services for psychotherapy.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

• What is my co-pay?
