Clarisse is a current psychotherapy intern from the University of Denver’s Forensic Psychology Master’s program. She graduated in 2022 from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BA in Psychology. Clarisse offers counseling services to all ages, but is aiming to specialize in working with children and adolescents. 

Prior to coming to Amber Counseling, Clarisse interned at Peak to Peak Counseling in Nederland, Colorado. There she received training in directive and non-directive play therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy. Clarisse employs a strengths-based approach, tailoring her style to meet each client’s unique needs. 

In her free time, Clarisse enjoys playing video games, watching anime, going to concerts, hiking, and singing.
